Purpose: A workshop held in Aarag focusing on the art of basket weaving. The goal of this event was to train and upskill local artisans in traditional basket-making techniques, while also introducing new designs and sustainable materials. This workshop aimed to preserve the cultural heritage of basket weaving in the region, encourage the use of locally sourced materials, and help artisans adapt their crafts to meet contemporary market demands.
