Purpose: “Gram Swarajya Sammelan” was organized by Kanerimath to provide platform for rural artisans to showcase their art and craft. Kalapuri Foundation was co-organizer of the program.
Impact: “Gram Swarajya Sammelan” was a 5 day state level exhibition and on each day every different dignitary was invited for the visit the event. Itwas a huge success. Dignitaries from GovernmentInstitutes as well as Political persons visited the event. Mohan Bhagwat Sir(Sarsanghchalak of the Hindutva nationalist organisation Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh in India) was the main attention of the event and sir also appreciated the efforts our artisans take while making these master pieces.
